Tiger's Fury has the extremely annoying property of locking out rush. This wouldn't be so bad if it didn't also remove the adrenaline charge. Typically in random arena players will start to run after they see how much damage you're doing under your IAS, so you want to be able to cancel into your run speed stance immediately.

I used to think frenzy was too dangerous in RA, but truth be told if you're quick cancelling it's manageable. And playing a warrior there is in general a bad idea (at least for faction farming), since people bring so much warrior hate that most of the time you're spent stuck healing sigging through the degen while being stacked under hexes three deep, at that point complaining that you don't get to use your IAS stance often is bit misguided, IMO.

TF is good on warrior on warrior duels though, which is something that happens more often then it really should.

Hmmm, actually I think I was drunk or something when I posted that.

I think I'm more annoyed at how people lately think 1 monk is the ideal team, making frenzy incredibly hard to use. If you had 2 monks, you'd easily be able to use frenzy. Frenzy increases pressure dps by 50%, that is quite monsterous when you think about it. I think frenzy is only unpopular due to the builds of TA, not the skill itself. I've used frenzy easily in RA/TA, it doesn't have to be spammed to be effective anyways.

However, I do believe that frenzy isn't as great in TA as GvG simply due to the fact that hammer warriors excel in TA more then axe/sword. TA is more compact, forcing you to squeeze in as many utilities as possible, and hammer is the king. With hammer, you really don't need frenzy, since you can spam irresistible opposed to the other two weapons.

Tigers fury is neat, but also very limiting. It forces you only a certain amount of skills, and therefore makes you weak in TA, where every character needs to bring as much utility as possible.

If you can't use Frenzy in a one-monk team, you need a better monk. Or maybe it's that you aren't supporting her enough. One monk is the right number for 4v4, but she does need some defensive support from other characters. (e.g., disrupting the enemy's offense with Blinding Flash and the like)

50% increase is great, but a slight increase in your ability to use it isn't worth giving up half your team to defense.

That doesn't make any sense. Hammers benefit hugely from Frenzy, since it lets them squeeze in more attacks while the target is down.

I wouldn't even bother running a hammer warrior without frenzy myself. Seriously, if you're uncomfortable with frenzy then go tigers fury and an axe, it's simpler than frenzy, but it's inferior since you also lose out on what could be a nice ele skill, such as shock, it locks your non attack skills, and it costs more energy.

Hell whatever you do, don't go and use something stupid like flurry.

In TA you need, and should only take 1 monk... and your warrior should still be able to frenzy - there are normally 3 offensive characters on the other team. If you are actually getting punished for frenzying in that sort of situation either you're being completely suicidal with your use of it or your monk is horrible
